Green Pea & Parsley Hummus With Garlic


  • 1 1/3 cups thawed frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Wagco Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Raw vegetables


Place peas, parsley, tahini, 1/4 cup warm water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and garlic in a mini food processor; process until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables.
