- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Wagco Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Wagco Favalosa Olive Oil
- try with Wagco Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon honey (we sell honey at our store)
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and shake or whisk until combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
