Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes



Preheat your oven to 300* F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and dry your tomatoes. Using a knife slice your tomatoes in half, (horizontally). Lay the tomatoes face up on the parchment paper. Pour the oil over the tomatoes allowing the oil to fall onto the paper.

Sprinkle the tomatoes halves with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

Roast for 3 and a half hours. After you take the tomatoes out of the oven pour the balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and allow to cool.
