- 1 cup Wagco Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 T honey (we sell local honey at our store)
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ½ t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cocoa powder
In a sauce pan, whisk together the ingredients & heat over a low heat stirring frequently. Reduce by 50%, (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat & let sit. Syrup will thicken considerably as it cools.
Enjoy over waffles or ice cream.
