- 1/3 cup Wagco Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Wagco Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped shallots
- 3-4 whole dried figs, sliced or chopped
- 1 tbsp honey (we sell local honey at our store)
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Keep in a refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy!
