Pineapple Salsa


  • 2 Mandarin Oranges (peeled and separated)
  • 1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 of a fresh lime
  •  3 tbsps Softened Honey (we have local honey at our store)
  • 2 1/4 tsps Wagco Persian Lime Olive Oil

Preparation:In a large bowl toss together mandarin oranges, sliced kiwi, diced pineapple, pomegranate seeds. In a jar, squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime, add softened honey, Persian lime olive oil and combine. Pour over fruit and toss. Enjoy with chips or over and fish.
