- 4 ounces beef loin, strip, or tenderloin steaks cut 1 inch thick
- 2 tsps Wagco Cow Tippin’ Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Chocolate Balsamic Glaze
Cover meat with Cow Tippin’ Steak seasoning and salt. For a charcoal grill: Grill steak on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals until desired doneness. Allow 10-12 minutes for medium-rare; 12-15 minutes for medium. During the last 3 minutes of cooking sprinkle blue cheese over the steaks. Drizzle each steak with 1 tsp of balsamic glaze. Add more if desired. Enjoy!
Dark Chocolate Balsamic Glaze:
- In a saucepan, stir dark chocolate balsamic to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until reduced by half, remove from heat and add butter olive oil.
