- 1/2 cup Wagco Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- (also good with Wagco Butter, Garlic, or Rosemary Olive Oil)
- 10 small potatoes (peeled and cut)
- 8 fluid ounces of heavy cream
- 3/8 tsp Wagco White Pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
In a large pot boil the potatoes in salted water. Once the potatoes are cooked begin to mash them. Mix in the salt, pepper, Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, and the heavy cream. Enjoy!
