Wagco Turkey



Inject the turkey with Wagco Butter Olive Oil. Use a generous amount of Butter Olive Oil and Flippin’ The Bird seasoning to coat the outside of the turkey. With a oil-less fryer lower the turkey in the basket. Cook, uncovered, (about 9-10 minutes per pound.) During the last 15 minutes of cooking, cover with the mesh lid to allow the turkey to brown. The breast should register 163F-165F. Serve turkey with the drippings and Enjoy.
