- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Wagco Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Also try with Wagco Butter, Garlic, or Tuscan Olive Oil)
- 2-4 tbsp Wagco Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350*. In a bowl toss cauliflower, Koroneiki, and Ranch Seasoning until it is evenly coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (so the cauliflower will not stick to the pan) and place the cauliflower onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the florets are cooked. Take out of oven and top the cauliflower with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
