Black Cherry Glazed Salmon


  • 1 cup red cherries [pitted & sliced]
  • 1/3 cup blackstrap molasses [or brown sugar] (we have blackstrap molasses at our store.)
  • 1/4 cup Wagco Black Cherry Balsamic 
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 6 salmon fillets


Preheat oven to 375* and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cherries, blackstrap molasses, balsamic, salt, pepper, vinegar and wine in a saucepan. Boil on medium heat and sir to combine ingredients. Reduce the heat and let it begin to simmer. cook 5-7 mins until sauce is thick. Lay the salmon on the baking sheet and brush the glaze on the salmon fillets. Bake the fillets on the top rack for 8-12 mins and Enjoy!
