Green Pepper & Onion Burgers



Preheat oven to 425*. In a bowl mix hamburger meat with Wagco Burger Blast and 1 tsp of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Divide hamburger meat to make 4 patties and bake them for 13 to 15 minutes until well done. While burgers are cooking, in an iron skillet saute the green peppers and onions with the rest of the Tuscan Herb Oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once the burgers are done take them out of the oven and place them into the skillet with the peppers and onions. Serve with mashed potatoes and top the burgers off with gravy. Enjoy!
