Mushroom & Sage Croutons


  • 4 cups fresh French bread cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of Wagco Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil (also try with Wagco Garlic, Butter, Tuscan Herb, or Rosemary.)
  • 1 tsp medium sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 375*. Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes (leave crust for more texture.) In a large bowl toss the bread with Wagco Olive Oil, sea salt, and pepper. Make sure the bread is evenly coated with the oil. Place the cubes of bread on a baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
