Homemade Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette

An amazing salad dressing or marinade with NO added sugar, NO corn syrup, NO artificial flavoring or coloring, NO preservatives, NO GMOs, VEGAN and PALEO friendly!

INGREDIENTS

2/3 Cup Wagco Oil and Vinegar Taprooms UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Wagco Oil and Vinegar Taproom’s Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tablespoons of Wagco Oil and Vinegar Taproom’s Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning

PREPARE

Mix all 3 ingredients together in a shaker/bottle. Mix well. If using it as a marinade, let it sit 20-30 minutes while shaking it periodically. Vinaigrette will thicken over time. If you desire your Vinaigrette thicker for a glaze add a little more seasoning.

MIX IT UP

You can also change up the flavor by using one of our flavored Balsamic Vinegars and Olive Oils.  For example; you can use the Red Apple Balsamic with the UP EVVO, or try the Fused Lemon Olive Oil with the Blueberry Balsamic.
